Mental Health Resources & Information

When Asking a Friend Is Just Not Enough

As i find and use apps or pages, or read a book or find a professional that i have used i will add them to this page. I know ive found it great being able to click on a link that has sometimes led to something else that i haven't heard of or tried. Life is a journey you just need to be open to it.
