Manifest, 7 Steps to Living to Living Your Best Life - Roxie Nafousi. Manifesting seems to be being mentioned a lot at the moment. I was pointed towards this book by Tanya my CBT Therapist. I downloaded it on audible first then also bought a hard copy so that I could look back through it and find the exercises that she suggests that we try. As it says on the back its an essential guide for anyone and everyone wanting to feel more empowered in there lives. In just 7 simple steps you can understand the true art of manifestation and create the life you have always dreamed of. Manifesting isn't as simple as thinking what you want and sitting back waiting for it to happen you have to actually put some effort in to getting what you want, but I found this book is inspiring, it helps you find ways of thinking positively being grateful for even the smallest things in your day to day life and lifting you from being a glass half empty person to a glass half full. Its a good one to re listen to or re-read if you start getting a bit bogged down.

The Source - Dr Tara Swart. Dr Tara is a neuroscientist and her book is so interesting. It helps you attack life with confidence train your brain to dispel fear and stop negative thinking. She talks about ways to rewire your brain to fulfil your full potential. "If you could have anything in life what would it be?" The start of the book says, "Life changing opportunities pass us by every day. A chance encounter with a potential partner, a comment that could open up a new career; in our frenetic lives such fleeting moments are easily overlooked or dismissed. But with the right help we can train our minds to notice them and seize them, and learn how to transform a split second into a lasting change. I love this book and Dr Tara is so interesting, she also has a podcast called Reinvent yourself with Dr Tara which is worth listening to.
